Thanks for submitting Plain Survival! We loved what we played.
The art style was one of the simplest and coolest in the entire jam. It’s clean, striking, and does a lot with very little, which gave the game a strong identity right away.
The survival hook was simple and effective. Salvaging what you can to keep yourself and the other survivors alive after a plane crash is a great use of the theme, and it gave every decision a clear sense of purpose.
Our main wish is that the game had a bit more challenge. Making survival more difficult, and giving players more options and choices along the way, would add tension and make each playthrough feel more meaningful. Tough calls about who or what to prioritize could really push the experience to the next level.
Overall, a great entry with a ton of charm. Great work, and thanks for being part of the jam!
Hey, I also participated in that publisher's Game Jam. If like us you are not entirely satisfied on how confusing things went about that jam I invite you to submit your game to the Salvage the Jam so we can have a safe place where we can all showcase, play, and feedback our games!

Cool Game NGL. Could add some text events for more diversity on ending days/collecting stuff.
